CadCamCloud is a product of TQM S.r.l., a dental CAD/CAM production centre founded in Gioia del Colle (Bari) by Domenico Benagiano. Seven years of active lab, milling, laser melting and 3D printing processes operating daily on real orders.

Behind the lab lies a still longer clinical experience: the first organisation to use CadCamCloud for the reception of work items is TQM itself, born as an internal lab of a dental practice with more than thirty years of activity. We know the prescription as seen from the practice side and as seen from the lab side.

Over the years we assessed the tools available on the market: file transfer integrated with scanners, lab management systems, bespoke custom solutions. Each one resolved a portion of the problem, none the complete flow. Prescriptions continued to arrive via three channels, STLs became dispersed and, should a client raise an issue regarding a work item, reconstructing the conversation proved impracticable.

We therefore decided to build the tool we required. It progressively evolved to the point of being suitable for other labs as well. CadCamCloud is the result.

Servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Milan datacentre). No healthcare data leaves the EU perimeter. The platform is multi-tenant strict: the data of each lab are isolated by design, and even our administrative console does not access the identities of your clients — exclusively aggregate system metrics, for the purpose of infrastructure sizing.

The software is proprietary, developed in-house. No offshore outsourcing, no chain of opaque sub-suppliers. When a bug is identified, it is resolved by the same person who wrote it.

Three channels, in order of significance: subscription plans (Pro, Premium, Enterprise), advertising shown on the Basic free plan and on EU portals, and Enterprise white-label contracts.

We believe in commercial transparency: those using Basic do not pay a fee because the plan is funded by the advertising shown in the dashboard. Premium and Enterprise display no advertising — the plan fee replaces that revenue. It is the same model as Spotify and YouTube, applied to a sectoral B2B context.
