Notification is sent at 75% utilisation. Add-ons are cumulative and billed separately. Uploaded files remain accessible even following deactivation of an add-on. For a little more space an add-on is the better choice (+50 or +100 GB); if you need much more, the Premium plan is the better value.

Questions about plans

Which files may we receive on the Basic or Pro plan?
All standard CAD/CAM dental work formats: STL, OBJ, PLY, photographs, prescription PDFs, registry documents. On Basic and Pro plans we accept up to 30 uploads/hour per user and 200/hour per lab — sufficient for the standard order flow. DICOM file uploads (CBCT, CT, intraoral radiology series) are reserved for the Premium and Enterprise plans, as they require a dedicated counter (1,000/hour per user, 5,000/hour per lab), background antivirus scanning with automatic quarantine, a specific PHI notice and an opt-in anonymisation option. DICOM recognition occurs by extension (.dcm, .dicom, .dic, .ima, .img) or DICM magic-byte: the limit cannot be bypassed by renaming a file of another type.
What occurs in the event of exhaustion of the plan space?
We send a proactive notification at 75% utilisation. A storage package from €2/month may be added without changing plan, or transition to the higher plan is possible. Already uploaded files remain always accessible, even after a subsequent deactivation of the add-on.
Do dental practices sending work items pay a fee?
No, ever. All end users — practices uploading on your portal — are free of charge across all plans. The model is flat per lab: the fee is borne by the lab, not by the clients.
Is it possible to change plan at any time?
Yes. Immediate upgrade (new features activate in real time, pro-rata is charged), downgrade at the expiry of the current billing period. No penalty, no hidden cost.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual corresponds to the equivalent of ten months, with two months free of charge. Monthly permits cancellation at any time — useful for a preliminary evaluation phase.
What does the Enterprise plan include compared to Premium?
Custom domain (not solely subdomain), full white-label, unlimited API keys, contractual uptime SLA, personalised onboarding. Storage starts from 1 TB and is negotiable based on volume. The price from €99/month constitutes the floor: the effective contract is built around your network.
